When was the last time you endured a difficult situation (or difficult something) until God said you were finished? That is opposed to quitting after growing weary and frustrated and deciding that you were finished. Don’t give me the side eye; you know what I’m talking about.
If you have a history of quitting before you finish, then decide that it ends today. As cliché as it might sound, you are approaching the finish line when things seem most difficult. So don’t quit until you are finished, and finish well! A runner who has run a great (or not so great) race does not see the finish line ahead and decide to throw in the towel because of fatigue or frustration. No, he gives it all he has and continues on towards the finish line.
To all you lovely people who are approaching a finish line of some sort, take a deep breath, don’t allow fatigue and frustration to get the best of you. Follow the voice of Holy Spirit, pace yourself for the rest of your race, and finish well.
Your finish line is closer than you think, so don’t quit, finish.
